  • Identify, contact, and convert leads into customers.
  • Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.

  Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of B2B selling experience in staffing, recruiting, Saas, or professional services; meeting and exceeding sales goals in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales environment is preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Marketing)
  • Recruiting industry knowledge and experience is preferred
  • Articulate with ability to deliver effective sales presentation

  • End to End Account management of our existing customers.
  • Deliver qualified candidates sourced by our recruiting community to clients.
  • Facilitate the entire recruiting process between the client’s hiring, human resources, and/or talent acquisition teams.
  • Gather requirements and successfully plac candidates.
  • Handle full recruiting cycle: Post Positions, pre-screen candidates over the phone, conduct reference checks, arrange interviews, prepare offers.

  • Network and maintain relationships with key candidate communities for short and/or long term opportunities.
  • Pre-interview preparation and post-interview follow-up with candidates, members of our recruiting community, as well as the clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Proven track record and experience managing relations with customers.

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s Degree (ideal candidate will have degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or Communications)
  • At least 2+ years of experience working with professional services, technology, ecommerce, consulting or staffing company
  Experience in Customer Support or Community Management position
  • You are data-driven – comfortable using numbers to drive your initiatives forward.
  • Proficiency with writing (bulk emails) is essential for this role. Ability to write highly-engaging, succinct emails with a high degree of grammatical accuracy is essential for this role.
  • Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Able to use functions like Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.

Description: Reflik seeks a Business Analyst to join our exciting, highly technical, business-savvy team. The Business Analyst will analyze business requirements and translate requirements into functional design specifications. You will be the vital link between our information technology capacity and our business objectives by supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, deployment tasks and assist in creating appropriate system workflows suitable for systems developers use and project planning. Work as part of a Project Team, formed to deliver IT solutions that address business challenges. Responsibilities:
  • Arrange and attend meetings to plan milestones, deadlines, resources and identify key stakeholders in development.
  • Translate the business requirements to developers understanding and vice-versa.
  • Identify and explain technical/ architectural requirements to business owners using wireframes and process flow diagrams.
  • Create Users Stories, Functional & Technical Requirement Documents, Use Case Diagrams, Interface Mockups, Acceptance Criteria, User Story Mapping Document, Business and Technical Requirements Document.
  • Partner with product owners to identify, model and document their requirements and business domain details, facilitate joint analysis workshops.

  • Ensuring Quality Analysis/ Testing Team understands the requirements, demonstrate functionality through wireframes, document test cases, verify acceptance criteria and clarify queries.
  • Participate in unit testing, integration testing, regression testing and user acceptance testing.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum requirement of Bachelor’s degree (four years) in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent in related field with minimum three years of work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to coordinate and work effectively with other teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and communication skills.
  • Strong technical skills using web technologies like Angular JS, CSS, SQL, RDBMS.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high pressure environment
