Responsibilities:

• Call on businesses across the country to sell Reflik’s recruiting solution.
• Identify, contact, and convert leads into customers.
• Develop and maintain an excellent relationship with prospects and customers.
• Influence various levels of decision-makers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B selling experience in staffing, recruiting, Saas, or professional services; meeting and exceeding sales goals in a consultative, solutions-oriented sales environment is preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree (ideal candidate will have a degree in Business or Marketing)
• Recruiting industry knowledge and experience is preferred
• Articulate with ability to deliver effective sales presentation
• Must be tech-savvy and able to conduct web demos via GoToMeeting and Phone Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
• Experience tracking a sales pipeline using CRM software such as Microsoft Dynamics
• Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
• Ambitious, self-motivated and relationship driven.
