*Disclaimer, Terms, & Conditions:
- Earn an extra 10% of the listed referral reward for every placement after your first three placements each year. For example, if the referral reward is $10,000, for premium recruiters who have already made 3 successful hires during the year, they will receive $11,000 instead of $10,000 as the referral reward. i.e. 10% bonus payment. Eligibility period starts from the date you become a Premium Recruiter.
- Receive 1/3rd of the referral reward within 30 days of the candidate’s start date. Reflik is only liable to pay you if we get paid by the Employer for the candidate you referred. In the event that the candidate hired leaves or is terminated for any reason before completion of the Guaranty period, any money paid to you will be refunded to Reflik.
- Reflik reserves the right to change the Premium Recruiter program and any of its Terms and Conditions at any time without any prior notice. If you do not agree to abide by these terms or any future revised terms, do not use or access the Premium Recruiter program.
- Good Faith. We introduce programs such as these in good faith and expect the same good faith in return. We cannot cover every scenario, nor will we attempt to, but we do promise to be fair and reasonable.
