NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. BECOMING A REFLIK CUSTOMER WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OFFERED ONLY IN THE UNITED STATES AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL UNITED STATES RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

  1. Employees of Reflik, their family members, or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase is necessary to enter this competition.
  3. Closing date for entry will be June 30, 2015. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  5. Reflik reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and the terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, act of God or any other event outside Reflik’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
  6. Reflik is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied by any participant.
  7. Reflik reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  8. Winners will be chosen at random by software from all entries received and verified by Reflik.
  9. The winner will be notified by email and/or social media within 7 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner. The prize will be mailed to the winner.
  10. Reflik’s decision in respect to all matters regarding the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  11. By entering this competition, a participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  12. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by State of New Jersey and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Jersey.
  13. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other participants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the participant’s prior consent.

You are providing your information to Reflik and its agent and not to any other party. The information provided will not, under any circumstances whatsoever, be given out or sold (including name and email address) to anyone.

GIVEAWAY DESCRIPTION:

The Reflik Apple Watch Giveaway Contest (“Contest”) will begin on Wednesday May 27, 2015 and end on Tuesday June 30, 2015 at 11:59 PM CDT (“Contest Period”). This Contest will be conducted exclusively online. At the end of the Contest Period one (1) randomly selected winner will be awarded an Apple Watch.

HOW TO ENTER:

Legal residents of North America who are eighteen (18) years of age or older will be able to take part in this Contest. To participate in the Contest, participants must submit their entries by:

  1. Becoming a member equals one entry
  2. Each candidate referred equals one entry per job posting
  3. Completing the customer survey equals one entry
  4. Multiply entries are allowed by each participate, but only one entry is allowed per action per participant.
