What is the Reflik referral program?
Reflik’s referral program is a great way to get paid for recommending other quality recruiters in your network to Reflik. For each new recruiter you refer to Reflik, you will earn $20 when they make their first qualified candidate submission. You are also eligible to earn an additional $500 when a recruiter you referred makes a successful placement subject to the Reflik Terms & Conditions. You may only earn a $500 placement reward one time.
What is a qualified submission?
A qualified submission is a candidate that is submitted through the Reflik platform to a client and passes the initial Account Manager review and screening process.
How do I refer other recruiters to Reflik?
Referrals must be completed using your personal Reflik referral link. Referrals not tracked using your personal referral link will not be eligible for referral rewards.
Is there a limit to how many recruiters I can refer to Reflik?
There is no limit on how much someone can refer, or hence how much you can earn.
I referred a friend, where’s my reward?
Once your friend has made one qualified submission, you are eligible to be paid the $20 reward. Placement rewards are subject to guarantee periods and other factors subject to our standard terms and conditions, and therefore may take 60 days, 90 days, or potentially longer.
What will NOT be considered a valid referral eligible for a referral payment?
- When you refer people who previously referred you
- When you refer yourself, or refer people you have referred previously and use different email addresses to try circumvent fraud detection
- Rewards may not be combined with any other Reflik referral programs, offers, incentives, or promotions.
- When you refer a new recruiter that is part of the same business.
- Reflik reserves the right to refuse any referral payout based on findings of its own investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.
- This referral reward program is operated in the good faith of our users and may be terminated at any time.
Have you earned more than $600 in one year?
Any persons who earn over $600 in a financial year must provide Reflik with a copy of their W9 by emailing it to [email protected]. Any delays in payment as a result of failure to submit W9 is not the responsibility of Reflik or its employees.
Statute of Limitations
The referring customer has 30 days from the date of the new customer’s first paying date to notify Reflik of the referral event. To notify, please email [email protected] with the name, email address, and phone number of you and your referred customer.
Anyone who does not comply with this timeframe will forfeit their referral bonus.
Termination and Changes
Reflik may suspend or terminate the Program or a user’s ability to participate in it at any time for any reason.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts or remove referral rewards if we notice any activity that we believe is abusive, fraudulent, or in violation of the Reflik Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to suspend accounts or modify referrals in our sole discretion as deemed fair and appropriate.
The scope, variety, and type of services and products that qualify for referral rewards can change at any time.
