Who is Chloe Hayes?
Chloe’s first recruiting job was as a contractor hiring electricians and machinists for the shipbuilding industry. In 2019 following marriage, Chloe decided it was time to start working from home to allow her the flexibility to follow her passion as an independent recruiter and prioritize her family.
Chloe discovered Reflik by chance when she started freelance recruiting in 2020. Learning about Reflik’s exponential growth with the higher placement fees, extensive client list, and higher success rates than similar platforms she had worked on, Chloe decided to give Reflik a try.

Shortly into freelance recruiting, she built CH Recruitment Solutions LLC and committed to growing her business.
How has Reflik’s platform benefitted Chloe’s work-life balance?
It’s clear from our conversation with Chloe that working with Reflik has presented her with plenty of opportunities for financial freedom. She commented that as an independent recruiter, she is practically paid for sourcing talent because Reflik “does the hard part” of finding great clients. Building her recruiting business would be much harder, time-consuming, and costly if she had to source all of her own clients. Chloe believes that the way to get the best out of Reflik for recruiters is to follow the advice she got from Reflik Account Managers – “submit one good, qualified candidate every day.” With this, there is a much higher chance of high-earning placements.

Also, be “teachable:” willing to learn, adapt to new ways of doing things, and use useful tools to streamline your workflow – whether that’s an application tracking system like Manatal, Apollo.io, or utilizing LinkedIn, or Indeed for sourcing candidates.
