Social Recruiting 101

The job market is tough for everyone.  The economy is improving and companies are starting to hire again – but unemployment is down and there is stiff competition for qualified candidates.  Traditional recruiting is expensive and many companies are eager to find cost-effective alternatives to recruiting firms or job boards.   Those searching for alternatives that provide real results need to consider social recruiting.
